Ihave never had never experienced such a horrible customer service ever before!! Their customer service and technical support is totally stupid, rude and unhelpful, I signed up with them last year and paid 115 dollars as a startup fee, I waited for the adapter for well over 14 days

We decided to cancel Bramas's service. They have charge our visa twice and logged our online access to our Brama account. We have calling them for 2 weeks with no reply. Tried to call manager Olga at 416 548 8612 with no luck, she is always out of office.
Verdict - no customer support at all.

Hi, I recently bought the service with Brama and installed the modem which worked for an ENTIRE day. Then on Sunday, no more outgoing calls. Great. Try to call the technical service dept. No one replies even though the service hours are Clearly indicated on the web page. I leave messages, emails, try to call supervisor and get the same voice mail message : service is not currently available…What a laugh! This is false advertising. If this is not fixed soon I will have to get service from another provider but this time I will make sure I can reach the client service before submitting my CC no. Caveat Emptor!!!!

Customer service is so poor that I always have extreme problem to contact with the customer service and even sometime it takes days and days to get hold of any persone. I am really thinking to discontinue my subscription.
