Co-op cab bearing taxi plate 115 was seen driving recklessly and not sharing the road on Tues Dec 9 at around 9:20pm. He was on Rama Rd north heading to the casino. Roads were wet with icy ruts, and this fellow was stradling the centre line and even driving in the oncoming lanes. Almost forced one southbound car into the snowbank. Reported to police.
