Horrible shop. All their merchandise is old and defective. Do not make the mistake of shopping from here. The people that own the store, manage it also. They are incompetent and straight lie to the customer. They told me my tv was brand new when it wasn't even in the box. when i checked the details for the tv it was 2 years old and refurbished. even when i took care of the tv it was obvious it was dieing. useless shop and liars working there. don't buy stay away!

I had seen their ad on kijiji for 42 inch HDTVs for great prices. Going in there, not knowing background info on their tv's but going off the size and picture quality of a specific tv, I had purchased one with a friend of mine purchasing another one. As, I got home, I realized that this tv is 3 years old. THEIR TVS ARE NOT NEW, theyre USED or REFURBISHED. I spent a whole ton of money believing what the sales rep there said about it being new but out of box (display tvs, is what he said specifically). My tv is literally dying even though i baby it. My buddy's tv died and he returned it, we had to hassle them down to live up to the 3-month warranty agreement we had with them. After that, they STILL tried to be cheap and sell us a universal remote which they were saying the tv cant work without, as it is original. Tell me how a Phillips remote is the original remote for some no name brand tv? They overcharged my buddy for a 32 inch tv and they did me to. The tvs are used and refurb'ed and they're not truthful about their products.
