There is no cheating of any kind. They charge you the rates as per their advertisement. You are also given the user ID and password to check for yourself that there are no hidden charges. Now online banking facility is also available. I have used their service for last 3 yrs, without issues. Compared to other companies in this sector, they provide consistent service, and friendly customer service. I have used them to call India mostly and Pakistan and USA/Canada and my sister in Germany. Rates are cheaper than most providers. I highly recommend Rani to anyone.
