The prices are pretty heavy but after our dinner it was worth every penny. However what I was really impressed by was the Ras Malai and Gulab Jamun. They actually have the "melt in your mouth" factor to it. I would personally recomend this resturant even if you are not indian/pakistani like me. They care about their level of spicies they add to their food for customers who ask for mild. The service had a bit of a lag to it however the food covers up that con. 4 of 5 people found this review helpful I went to this place with a Canadian friend assuming that I would be welcoming more because I was introducing a locale but it was my mistake. The counter reception was a poor one. The order taking lady seemed intresting in other things than greeting her customer well and top of it her repitition of 'Bhai Ja'n, Bhai Ja'n' was really annoying because of her tone (???) I still could not figure out that attitude and I always felt an act of deliberation in it. Inspite of assurance that the food was not too spicy it did not go with the claim although I myself was used to of the spices. Instead of wasting it ($30/=)I requested that lady to make it go, a young girl who saw all this came forward to help but she were stopped by that lady and and to my surprise we were given containers and asked to make it go ourselves. Since then I always feel ashamed whenever I see my friend. I wish I would not be writting these lines if I would found some fault on our side.
