0 of 0 people found this review helpful I have been a customer for these guys for 4 years. In the beginning the service was great and so was management. But over the years I have seen how cheap they have become. The good waiters have left, new management has come in and they are horrible. They have no customer service skills and do not know how to retain customers. Mind you the food is great, just that when it comes down to little things then they simply don't care. My wife one time ordered take out, she was pregnant and walked there to pick it up. When she got there she was very tired and decided she would just eat there. The management said that she cannot eat there unless she pays for the naan that comes with the dish only with takeout. So my wife had to eat on the sidewalk outside. I was so upset I complained the management but all I got were stubborn people who didn't give a heck. I love the food and still continued to go there but there are incidents that just brought me to the point where I had to write this review. Was this review helpful to you?   (Report this)

0 of 0 people found this review helpful Been there twice for take out. It appears to be a family run restaurant. Atmosphere is average so I preferred take-out. The only item I liked was the tandoori chicken wrap. Other items were just ok. Service is unreliable so make sure you cross-check your order before leaving. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful i have been here twice, first time, my family and i were unable to use the bathroom as it was in deplorable condition, and although we sat in for dinner we were given paper plates while other customers were using china, my second experience was take out order,,,,what ticked me off was the fact that i got charged 0.50 for tiny pack of chutney which usually comes free with take out order...no receipt was given to me for sale of chutney....more over, did the person behind the counter mistake me for being "gora"? n thought i didn't understand the language? well, thank you for complimenting my eyes :) Was this review helpful to you?   (Report this)
